1. Once the quote is signed, we will e-mail two forms:

• A permit application. This form needs to be signed. In addition to having it notarized if the project is over $2,500
• Notice of Commencement. - Projects over $2,500 need a Notice of Commencement. Homeowners are responsible for recording the document at the courthouse and requesting a Certified Copy. We need one copy for permit application purposes.  

Note: If you live in an HOA community, please contact them for information about how to get their approval.

2. Our company will apply for a building permit in your local city. The approval time period varies. Some applications take a few days while others take weeks. It all depends on the city’s operation.

3. As soon as the permit is approved, we proceed to place the order of the product. The following is the estimated time of delivery for each item:

• Hurricane accordion shutters, up to 2 weeks. 
• Windows, up to 5 weeks. 
• Doors, up to 2 weeks. 

4. The installation time frame depends on the size of the project.
